Description

The Customer Service Associate (CSA) role is designed for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to start their careers in customer service. You will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, addressing their queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain customer records and documentation accurately in the system.
• Provide support to the sales team by managing customer orders and follow-ups.
• Conduct surveys to gather customer feedback and improve service quality.
