Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager – Client Acquisition

Industry: Recruitment & Staffing

Function: Sales / Business Development

Location: Sector 14, Old DLF Colony, Gurgaon (Onsite)

Experience: 3 – 6 Years

Salary Range: ₹4.00 – ₹8.00 LPA

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities:

ï‚· Identify, approach, and onboard new client companies for recruitment and staffing

solutions.

ï‚· Generate leads and grow business using an existing network in the recruitment

ecosystem.

ï‚· Conduct both virtual and on-site meetings to pitch company services and close

deals.

 Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure and ongoing

client engagement.

ï‚· Collaborate with internal delivery teams and freelance recruiters to ensure service

quality.

ï‚· Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular progress updates to leadership.

ï‚· Meet and exceed revenue targets and client acquisition goals.

ï‚· Represent company at HR events, client visits, and job fairs.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Mandatory 3–6 years of client acquisition experience in the recruitment/staffing

industry.

ï‚· Proven track record in sales pitching, client conversion, and relationship management.

ï‚· Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.


ï‚· Must be comfortable with onsite client visits and corporate presentations.

ï‚· Should be from consulting/agency background (preferred).

ï‚· Local candidates from Delhi-NCR only will be considered.

ï‚· Highly presentable with a professional demeanor and go-getter attitude.


Nice to Have:

ï‚· Experience in a startup or HR-tech platform.

ï‚· Familiarity with freelance recruitment models and aggregator platforms.
