Key Responsibilities:
· Call potential customers to explain loan products and services
· Follow up on leads provided by the company
· Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products
· Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM
· Achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead conversion and closures
· Handle queries, objections, and feedback professionally
· Collaborate with the sales and credit team to ensure smooth disbursement
Required Skills:
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to understand customer needs and handle rejection
· Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
· Fluency in Hindi and English
· Prior tele sales or voice process experience (preferred but not mandatory)
Qualifications:
· Graduate in any discipline
