The role involves addressing customer concerns, delivering prompt resolutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication and service excellence. Key Responsibilities: • Manage inbound voice-based customer queries and service requests • Ensure timely and effective resolution of issues • Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction • Document interactions and update customer records accurately • Work collaboratively across verticals: CRT, RIO, and E-Channel Shift Details: • Work Mode: Work from Office • Shift Timing (Rotational): o Male candidates: Round-the-clock rotational shifts o Female candidates: Day rotational shifts only (till 8:30 PM) o Fixed Shift (RIO): 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM o Fixed Shift (E-Channel): 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM • Working Days: 5 days a week • Week Off: 2 rotational offs Requirements: • Strong verbal communication in English & Hindi • Customer-centric attitude and problem-solving skills • Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills 📩 Interested candidates may send their resume to: hr@hirewala.com
