Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader to manage and guide our telecalling team. The role involves supervising daily operations, training team members, monitoring performance, and ensuring target achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of Tele Callers.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly goals and ensure targets are met.
• Monitor calls for quality and provide feedback for improvement.
• Prepare performance reports and share insights with management.
• Conduct training sessions to improve product knowledge and communication skills.
• Resolve escalated customer issues efficiently.
