Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Business Development Executive to drive corporate sales, generate new business opportunities, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, lead conversion ability, and experience in handling end-to-end sales cycles.



Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through direct outreach, networking, and marketing leads
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
  • Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Present products/services effectively to prospective clients
  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Negotiate pricing and close deals to achieve revenue targets
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team to generate and convert qualified leads
  • Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the reporting manager
  • Gather client feedback and suggest improvements to offerings



Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Corporate Sales / B2B Sales / Business Development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in lead generation and closing deals
  • Ability to manage multiple prospects and meet deadlines
  • Target-driven mindset with a focus on revenue growth
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
