Customer Care Executive / Telecaller Job – Gurgaon

We are hiring Customer Care Executives / Telecallers for our office in Sector 18, Gurgaon. Candidates should have good communication skills and basic computer knowledge.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls and provide information
• Follow up with customers and solve their queries
• Maintain records of calls and leads
• Support the sales and customer service team

Eligibility:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Good communication skills in Hindi or English
• Basic computer knowledge
• Freshers and experienced both can apply
