We are looking for a dynamic and motivated BPO Executive with excellent communication skills to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, providing support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.
• Maintain professional communication with clients.
• Follow company guidelines and processes while handling calls.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation Completed (Any Stream).
• Excellent English Communication Skills (Verbal & Written).
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Good problem-solving and customer handling skills.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
