What You’ll Do
• Write and assist in creating blogs, website content, product propositions & pitch decks, emails, and social media posts • Help break down and structure content around products, solutions, services, and ideas • Support research and drafting for case studies, thought-leadership pieces, and long-form content • Ensure all content stays consistent with our brand voice and messaging • Edit, refine, and improve content based on feedback from the marketing & business teams • Proofread content to maintain clarity, accuracy, and quality • Stay curious about trends in startups, business, and digital marketing
What We’re Looking For • 2+ years of hands-on experience in content writing or content marketing • Strong writing and editing skills with a good grasp of English grammar and tone • Ability to simplify complex topics into clear, engaging content • Comfortable writing across different formats and platforms • Open to feedback and quick iterations • Prior experience with B2B, startups, consulting, or tech content is a plus
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline. 2–3 years of experience in a marketing role, within a tech startup or digitalfirst organization. Strong knowledge of current social media trends, content formats, and digital audience behaviour. Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Foundational understanding of SEO paid advertising (Google/Meta), and email marketing tools is preferred. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with a demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects within defined timelines. A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
