Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telecallers to join our team. The role involves connecting with potential students, explaining courses, and generating walk-ins for the institute.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective leads

Explain courses, features, and benefits clearly

Handle inbound inquiries and follow-ups

Maintain daily call records and lead status

Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

Coordinate with the admissions team for walk-ins

Requirements

Good communication and convincing skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools

Ability to handle rejection and pressure

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Age limit: Up to 30 years

Preferred Skills

Sales or telecalling experience

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
