Job Title: BPO Telecaller

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic BPO Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, providing information, and resolving queries in a professional manner.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
• Communication Skills: Average English required
• Fresher and experienced both can apply
• Age: 18+

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and handle inbound calls
• Explain products/services to customers
• Resolve customer queries and complaints
• Maintain call records and follow-ups
• Achieve daily/weekly targets

Skills Required:

• Basic communication skills in English
• Good listening and convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge
