Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Description:

We are hiring an HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and hire suitable candidates for various roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews
• Post job openings on job portals
• Coordinate with candidates and clients
• Maintain candidate database and reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass
• Good communication skills in English
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
