Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Description:

We are hiring International BPO Executives to handle overseas customer interactions. The role involves voice/non-voice process with a focus on customer support and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle international customer calls/chats
• Provide accurate information and resolve queries
• Maintain high-quality customer service
• Meet performance and target metrics
• Update customer records in the system

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Comfortable with night shifts
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
