Role Overview
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for handling customer queries related to E-commerce retail services for the US market. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing timely and effective resolutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound customer calls related to online retail services
• Assist customers with order-related queries such as cancellations, refunds, returns, and payments
• Deliver professional, empathetic, and customer-focused support
• Ensure high-quality service standards and customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in the system
Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO customer service (Retail / Airline / Insurance preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
