We are hiring for multiple positions within the HR department including HR Executives and HR Managers for bulk hiring operations. Key Responsibilities

Manage end to end recruitment and bulk hiring processes

Coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders for smooth onboarding

Handle employee coordination and engagement activities

Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

Schedule and conduct interviews

Maintain recruitment data and reports

Ensure timely closure of open positions

Support HR operations and administrative activities

Eligibility Criteria

For HR Executive

Candidates from hotel management or airlines industry can apply

MBA in HR candidates are also eligible

Freshers are welcome to apply

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good personality and professional attitude

Immediate joiners preferred

For HR Manager Bulk Hiring

Graduate in any discipline

Experience in BPO industry with bulk hiring exposure

Strong leadership and team handling skills

Ability to manage high volume recruitment drives

Preference for female candidates

Salary Details

HR Executive salary ranges from 3.5 LPA to 4 LPA

HR Manager salary ranges from 10 LPA to 11 LPA

Additional Requirements

Candidates should have excellent communication skills

Candidates should be proactive and result oriented
