Job Description:

We are hiring BPO Telecallers for voice process. Candidates will be responsible for handling customer calls, providing information, and resolving queries in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:

• Make and receive customer calls

• Handle customer queries and complaints

• Provide accurate information about products/services

• Maintain call records and reports

Requirements:

• 12th Pass

• Average English communication skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Good listening and communication skills

• Fresher and experienced both can apply
