Job Description:

We are hiring a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to identify suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
• Conduct telephonic and initial interviews
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate database and records
• Follow up with candidates for joining

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Basic knowledge of recruitment process
• Ability to handle multiple candidates
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong interpersonal skills

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 12th pass
