Job Description:

We are hiring confident and target-driven Collection Executives in Navi Mumbai to handle customer follow-ups and recover pending payments. This role is ideal for candidates with good communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers via calls or field visits for payment collection
• Follow up on overdue accounts and pending payments
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements
• Maintain records of collections and updates in system
• Achieve monthly recovery targets
• Handle customer queries related to payments

Required Skills:

• Basic to average communication skills in English and Hindi
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to handle pressure and targets
• Customer handling skills

• Minimum 12th pass
