About Us:

We are a growing taxation and business consultancy firm providing services related to Income Tax, GST, Company Registration, Accounting, Compliance and other business solutions.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle client calls and communicate professionally with leads/customers

• Assist in receiving and following up on incoming leads/calls

• Help manage company social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)

• Record and create short videos/reels for company promotions and advertisements

• Assist in posting regular content and marketing updates

• Coordinate with team for online branding and promotional activities

• Basic understanding of Accounts, GST, Income Tax and business-related topics preferred

Requirements:

• Female candidate required

• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

• Comfortable speaking on camera and recording videos/reels

• Knowledge of Accounts, GST, Income Tax or business concepts preferred

• Knowledge of social media platforms

• Confident, presentable and professional personality

• Full-time availability

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
