Experience: Minimum 1 Year of Experience in Customer Service / Customer Support / Voice Process
Qualification: HSC / Graduate
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries related to projects, bookings, payments, possession, and services.
Provide accurate information and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal departments for query resolution and follow-ups.
Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Ensure timely closure of customer complaints and service requests.
Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-centric approach with a professional attitude.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, BPO, or Call Center.
Freshers with exceptional communication skills may be considered.
