Handle customer interactions through Chat & Voice support

Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally

Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards

Document customer interactions accurately

Education:

Graduates & Undergraduates can apply

Experience:

Freshers & Experienced (1 year) both eligible

Excellent English communication skills

Technical aptitude

Customer-centric approach

Comfortable with rotational/night shifts

*Salary Structure*

Freshers: ₹30K package = ₹24,410 CTC + ₹3000 PLI + 2,597 Statutory Bonus 

Experienced (1 yr): ₹32K package = ₹26,045 CTC + ₹3200 PLI + 2,771 Statutory Bonus 

PLI applicable post training based on attendance, login hours, QA & CSAT-DSAT.

Rotational shifts & week offs

9.5 hours/day including break

Cab facility for eligible night shifts only

No leaves allowed during first 3 months (except weekly offs)
