*Job Description - Technical Support (Jaipur)*

*Role*: Technical Support Executive

*Location*: Jaipur, Rajasthan

*Work Mode*: On-site in Jaipur. Pan India candidates can apply.

*Salary*: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month

*Work Schedule*: 5 days working, 2 days off

*Interview*: Virtual interview

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle customer queries related to Jio services via calls/chat/email

- Troubleshooting network, connectivity, recharge, billing, and device issues

- Provide technical assistance and resolve complaints within SLA

- Maintain call logs and customer satisfaction records

*Requirements:*

- Knowledge of basic troubleshooting for telecom/mobile/internet services

- Good communication skills in English.

- Freshers and experienced candidates both eligible
