Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused International Voice Process Executives to join our team in Gurgaon. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and delivering excellent customer service to international clients. Candidates should possess strong English communication skills and be comfortable working in rotational or night shifts, as is common in international BPO roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality standards.
• Meet productivity, quality, and performance targets.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Eligibility Criteria

• 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work rotational/night shifts.

Salary

₹24,000 – ₹30,000 per month
