URGENT HIRING – Lead Generation / Closing

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 (In-hand)

Incentives: Performance-Based (Average ₹10,000–₹30,000 per month; Top Performers can earn ₹50,000+)

Job Role:

Sell Motor Insurance policies to customers.

Generate sales through outbound calls and follow-ups.

Explain policy benefits and assist customers in selecting suitable plans.

Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely policy renewals.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Eligibility:

Minimum 6 months of Sales Experience (Any Sales Domain)

Experience in Insurance Sales will be an added advantage.

HSC / Graduate can apply.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic computer knowledge.
