💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Depending on experience and process)

Eligibility

• 12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate
• Freshers (some companies) & Experienced candidates
• Excellent written English communication
• Basic computer knowledge
• Typing speed: 30–35 WPM preferred
• Comfortable with rotational/night shifts

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through Live Chat
• Resolve customer issues professionally
• Maintain chat quality and response time
• Update customer details in CRM
• Handle multiple chats simultaneously
