Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, journal entries, and purchase/sales records.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare GST, TDS, and Income Tax-related documents.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Generate MIS reports and financial statements.
• Process vendor payments and customer receipts.
• Maintain payroll and expense records.
• Work on Tally Prime, Busy ERP, and MS Excel.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.
• Assist in monthly and annual financial closing.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants.
