Role: Telecalling Executive ? Loan Lead Calling for home loan products.
Responsibilities: Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls related to home-loan enquiries and eligibility. Maintain polite communication and work toward assigned daily and monthly sales goals. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and follow company calling guidelines.
Eligibility: Minimum 12th pass; graduates and freshers are welcome. Hindi speaking ability is required.
Work Schedule: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. No field work. Training and process guidance will be provided.
Product: Home Loan / Loan Sales. Work Location: Hanuman Pada, Mulund West, Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
