Role: Customer Service ? Customer Service for loan products.

Responsibilities: Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls related to home-loan enquiries and eligibility. Maintain polite communication and work toward assigned daily and monthly sales goals. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and follow company calling guidelines.

Eligibility: Freshers and experienced applicants can apply; Hindi fluency is essential.

Work Schedule: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Office-based role with fixed working hours and performance incentives.

Product: Home Loan / Loan Sales. Work Location: Yogi Hills, Mulund West, Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
