Role: Customer Service ? Customer Service for loan products.

Responsibilities: Speak with warm leads, explain product features and arrange the next step with the processing team. Generate and qualify leads through phone conversations; no field visits are required. Follow up with interested applicants and coordinate with the documentation or processing team.

Eligibility: 12th Pass or Graduate; freshers may apply. Hindi communication is mandatory.

Work Schedule: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Day-shift position with indoor calling; no outdoor sales visits.

Product: Home Loan / Loan Sales. Work Location: Kanjurmarg East, Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
