Role: BDE ? Customer Acquisition for home loan products.

Responsibilities: Respond to loan-related questions and guide applicants on the basic application process. Record customer details, call outcomes and follow-up dates accurately in the lead system. Share accurate information and escalate complex queries to the concerned senior executive.

Eligibility: Freshers and experienced applicants can apply; Hindi fluency is essential.

Work Schedule: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Day-shift position with indoor calling; no outdoor sales visits.

Product: Home Loan / Loan Sales. Work Location: Siddharth Nagar, Mulund West, Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
