Role: Back Office Executive ? Loan Documentation Support for loan products.
Responsibilities: Respond to loan-related questions and guide applicants on the basic application process. Record customer details, call outcomes and follow-up dates accurately in the lead system. Share accurate information and escalate complex queries to the concerned senior executive.
Eligibility: 12th Pass / Graduate. Candidates with sales or BPO exposure will have an added advantage.
Work Schedule: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Fixed day shift; office-based role; no field work.
