Role: Customer Relationship Manager ? Customer Relationship Management for loan products.

Responsibilities: Respond to loan-related questions and guide applicants on the basic application process. Record customer details, call outcomes and follow-up dates accurately in the lead system. Share accurate information and escalate complex queries to the concerned senior executive.

Eligibility: 12th Pass / Graduate. Candidates with sales or BPO exposure will have an added advantage.

Work Schedule: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM. Office-based role with fixed working hours and performance incentives.

Product: Home Loan / Loan Sales. Work Location: Ghansoli, Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
