Role: Telesales Executive ? Loan Telesales for home loan products.

Responsibilities: Respond to loan-related questions and guide applicants on the basic application process. Record customer details, call outcomes and follow-up dates accurately in the lead system. Share accurate information and escalate complex queries to the concerned senior executive.

Eligibility: Minimum 12th pass; graduates and freshers are welcome. Hindi speaking ability is required.

Work Schedule: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Office-based role with fixed working hours and performance incentives.

Product: Home Loan / Loan Sales. Work Location: Mulund Colony, Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
