Role: Collection Executive ? Loan Repayment Follow-Up for loan products.
Responsibilities: Assist customers through the initial loan application journey and coordinate document collection. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and follow company calling guidelines. Record customer details, call outcomes and follow-up dates accurately in the lead system.
Eligibility: 12th Pass / Graduate. Candidates with sales or BPO exposure will have an added advantage.
Work Schedule: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Office-based role with fixed working hours and performance incentives.
Product: Home Loan / Loan Sales. Work Location: Mumbra, Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
