Role: Customer Verification Executive ? Customer Document Verification for loan products.
Responsibilities: Connect with prospective customers, understand their requirements and share relevant loan information. Share accurate information and escalate complex queries to the concerned senior executive. Generate and qualify leads through phone conversations; no field visits are required.
Eligibility: 12th Pass / Graduate. Candidates with sales or BPO exposure will have an added advantage.
Work Schedule: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. No field work. Training and process guidance will be provided.
Product: Home Loan / Loan Sales. Work Location: Kalwa, Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
