Role: Collection Executive ? Loan Repayment Follow-Up for loan products.
Responsibilities: Work with customer enquiries and explain suitable loan options in a clear, courteous manner. Follow up with interested applicants and coordinate with the documentation or processing team. Coordinate application status updates and remind customers about pending documents.
Eligibility: 12th Pass / Graduate. Candidates with sales or BPO exposure will have an added advantage.
Work Schedule: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Day-shift position with indoor calling; no outdoor sales visits.
Product: Home Loan / Loan Sales. Work Location: Nahur East, Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
