Role: Telecaller ? Loan Enquiry Calling for loan products.
Responsibilities: Work with customer enquiries and explain suitable loan options in a clear, courteous manner. Follow up with interested applicants and coordinate with the documentation or processing team. Coordinate application status updates and remind customers about pending documents.
Eligibility: 12th Pass / Graduate. Candidates with sales or BPO exposure will have an added advantage.
Work Schedule: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Fixed day shift; office-based role; no field work.
Product: Home Loan / Loan Sales. Work Location: Diva, Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
