Role: Customer Support ? Loan Customer Support for loan products.
Responsibilities: Assist customers through the initial loan application journey and coordinate document collection. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and follow company calling guidelines. Record customer details, call outcomes and follow-up dates accurately in the lead system.
Eligibility: Minimum 12th pass; graduates and freshers are welcome. Hindi speaking ability is required.
Work Schedule: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. No field work. Training and process guidance will be provided.
