Relationship Officer

Role: Relationship Officer ? Customer Relationship for home loan products.

Responsibilities: Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls related to home-loan enquiries and eligibility. Maintain polite communication and work toward assigned daily and monthly sales goals. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and follow company calling guidelines.

Eligibility: 12th Pass or Graduate; freshers may apply. Hindi communication is mandatory.

Work Schedule: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM. Fixed day shift; office-based role; no field work.

Product: Home Loan / Loan Sales. Work Location: Kalwa, Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
