Role: Loan Sales Executive ? Loan Sales for Home loan products.
Responsibilities: Assist customers through the initial loan application journey and coordinate document collection. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and follow company calling guidelines. Record customer details, call outcomes and follow-up dates accurately in the lead system.
Eligibility: 12th Pass / Graduate. Candidates with sales or BPO exposure will have an added advantage.
Work Schedule: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Day-shift position with indoor calling; no outdoor sales visits.
Product: Home Loan / Loan Sales. Work Location: Kanjurmarg West, Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
