Role: Collection ? Repayment Follow-Up for loan products.
Responsibilities: Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls related to home-loan enquiries and eligibility. Maintain polite communication and work toward assigned daily and monthly sales goals. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and follow company calling guidelines.
Eligibility: Minimum 12th pass; graduates and freshers are welcome. Hindi speaking ability is required.
Work Schedule: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Fixed day shift; office-based role; no field work.
Product: Home Loan / Loan Sales. Work Location: Mumbra, Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
