• You will be expected to maintain confidentiality of customer financial information..
• The selected candidate will maintain accurate follow-up dates and customer contact records..
• The role focuses on support accurate handover of complex customer cases..
• Daily work includes support timely resolution of disputed repayment entries..

Focus: CRM record accuracy. Relevant collection or banking experience preferred; graduation preferred.
