• Daily work includes update CRM notes after each customer conversation..
• Key responsibility: track pending cases and share progress with the team..
• You will be expected to coordinate with back-office staff for payment receipt updates..
• The selected candidate will coordinate with supervisors on unresolved repayment queries..

Focus: customer dispute handling. Relevant collection or banking experience preferred; graduation preferred.
