• You will be expected to follow approved scripts and fair collection practices..
• The selected candidate will review overdue instalment records and arrange follow-up calls..
• The role focuses on escalate customer complaints through approved channels..
• Daily work includes assist the team with account status updates and case prioritisation..

Focus: CRM record accuracy. Relevant collection or banking experience preferred; graduation preferred.
