• Daily work includes support timely resolution of disputed repayment entries..
• Key responsibility: help resolve payment confirmation and account reconciliation queries..
• You will be expected to check repayment commitments and record the agreed next steps..
• The selected candidate will monitor assigned portfolio activity and prepare clear status reports..

Focus: CRM record accuracy. Relevant collection or banking experience preferred; graduation preferred.
