* ✅ Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process

* ✅ Fluent communication skills in English

* Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.

* Resolve customer queries with accuracy and empathy.

* Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting quality standards.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
