• You will be expected to support accurate handover of complex customer cases..
• The selected candidate will support timely resolution of disputed repayment entries..
• The role focuses on help resolve payment confirmation and account reconciliation queries..
• Daily work includes check repayment commitments and record the agreed next steps..

Focus: customer dispute handling. Relevant collection or banking experience preferred; graduation preferred.
