• Daily work includes prepare daily call outcome summaries for the collection team..
• Key responsibility: follow approved scripts and fair collection practices..
• You will be expected to review overdue instalment records and arrange follow-up calls..
• The selected candidate will escalate customer complaints through approved channels..

Focus: daily portfolio reporting. Relevant collection or banking experience preferred; graduation preferred.
