Draft location: Muhana, Jaipur. Full-time, office-based role in loan recovery and customer account support.

• You will be expected to check repayment commitments and record the agreed next steps..
• The selected candidate will monitor assigned portfolio activity and prepare clear status reports..
• The role focuses on prepare daily call outcome summaries for the collection team..
• Daily work includes follow approved scripts and fair collection practices..

Focus: case escalation. Relevant collection or banking experience preferred; graduation preferred.
