• Key responsibility: monitor assigned portfolio activity and prepare clear status reports..
• You will be expected to prepare daily call outcome summaries for the collection team..
• The selected candidate will follow approved scripts and fair collection practices..
• The role focuses on review overdue instalment records and arrange follow-up calls..

Focus: case escalation. Relevant collection or banking experience preferred; graduation preferred.
